Yes that is more than fine for all forms of tv.

Best price I have seen for a 75 inch 4k TV but yeah don't expect much besides general viewing probably really bad for gaming / pc monitor usage.
Don't think you can find FHD 65-75" anymore.
65" is half price of 75". So up to you if it's worth double for 10" more.
