75 inch tv for 1k. I think this has set a new low price for 75 inch. Kudos to catch.
Yeah this is crazy good price for a 75 inch.. If anyone can give any input on using this as a pc monitor for games and general browsing let me know because I might jump on this.
Need a large screen for pc usage hoping the input lag is not too massive.. bonus points if it can output 4k60hz but not holding my breath.
This is a great deal and I've heard these TVs are surprisingly good.
Quick look at specs says no WiFi or Ethernet cable which might be a bummer for those who want to do some WiFi streaming on it without having to use an extra media box, console or computer.
Hopefully my steam link has some sort of inbuilt WiFi otherwise might have to get a "cheap" 4K Android box of some kind to speak with my pc.

Fwiw I am trying to save up for a decent quality 65-75 inch 4k tv but still have no clue what is good and at what price range I mean every dollar saved on the tv means a beefier new pc but at the same time don't want to buy regret and have to sit and watch it there forever.. getting rid of electronics can be a pain.. even small stuff takes time and effort so buy once regret none is a good motto and for this purchase i think a decently priced tv would be worth it

Because $699 < $742. Also I can take it back to BigW easily. I had bought this from Catch previously and it came with an issue with the display. I was asked to talk to the manufacturer.
How did it work out in the end? Getting cold feet now.
Its a big bulky product and too busy to deal with an RMA for now. So annoyed (of the Quality Control)…
@Popo: Yep. Catch is balls to deal with when the item is faulty. I bought an LCD TV with multiple dead & coloured pixels and was told they don't accept anything less than 9 pixels and if I had an issue to speak to the manufacturer. They hide behind being online.
I put the TV in the car. Drove to the head office in Mulgrave (not sure if it's still there) where they also had a little store front… Walked in dragging the box behind me… Asked for the manager and I walked away with my money.
Buyer beware.
You can easily sell chromecast ultra to cover that gap, but can't tell about quality.
BigW one has built in Android6. Between the 2, I'd wait for another similar to the BigW deal. (I am actually after another.)
