I thought 4k UHD disks were region free. It's standard Blu-ray that are region locked.

  Blue-ray or 4k Blue-ray? if 4k, XBox One S, I'd say. It was when I purchased last year ($270 with 3 games) and there have been some nice xbox deals floating around recently and may be again.
