Yeah I started coh1 again it's over ten years old and still had a player base , tired of the newer games where the player base evaporates after three months
I'm still playing 2-3 times a week.
COH2 is one of those games where I love and hate at the same time.
What’s to love/hate?
Extremely satisfying when your artillery/tanks/infantry grenades insta-wipe poorly micro'd enemy troops.
Satisfying when enemy tanks overextend and are caught by your AT guns/infantry.
Extremely frustrating when it happens to you.
Frustrating when enemy troops in cover JUST WONT DIE.
The game has some elements of RNG and you'll see it play out when you play haha
Started playing this with my non gamer wife, she loves it and it's great fun. Can do coop against bots.

It has it's ups and downs, but still gotta be one of the best RTS games around. Very engaging and still regularly updated and balanced by the studio. Played it during the beta and still play it fairly often these days too.

I never really liked CoH2 after playing hundreds of hours of the first game. But this was at launch and apparently they've made some really big and good changes. I can't take advantage of this deal since I've owned the game since Day 1 but am tempted to give it another go since there will be an influx of players.
