Scoopon sucks BEWARE

I would like to say scoopon sucks!!!!!! I have had 2 bad experiences first with a1 car wash I purchased back in august 2010 it stated txt only so I sent the person a txt stating I would like to book in my car for November 27th 2010 which was the day before my wedding, is got a txt back saying 9am which was all good since I booked 3 months in advance I must of got the first booking, everyone knows how busy a girl is the day before her wedding so I ensured I planned my day around this car wash as we were going ton use our own cars in the wedding. Anyway 9.00 am had come on novemebr 27th no one had shown up, I then waitied 30 mins I thought they might of had trouble finding my house but no show, I then called the mobile number and no answer so I sent a txt to which I had a reply at 12pm it said, I will have to reshedule to another day!!!! I couldn't believe this a bride to be does not need this hassle one day before her wedding they were hopeless no common courtesy no communication to say they went even coming I couldn't be bothered emailing scoopon as they just give crap automated replies and I had a honeymoon and weddingn to attend. Dont ever buy a shitty scoopon!!! Another is I am very Ill and unable to leave my house I got a day spa voucher which I cannot use now due to this severe illness I contacted the place they told be to gift it to someone however i can't gift it to someone that has been there before which is crap because my mother and aunty had there treatments dome there yesterday by the way B Revived in Brighton is the worst day spa experience ever!!! So unprofessional it's a mother and daughter who have no experience in a day spa whatsoever!!! They offered a mini manicure and pedicure my mother had nail polish on and they just painted over her old colour instead of removing it with nail polish remover first lol waste of money that scoopon was. Anyways scoopon are hopeless they said I need to provide them with medical documentation and then they will assess my situation they won't even guarantee a refund due to illness SCOOPON IS CRAP DONT BOTHER WITH USELESS VOUCHERS

    you should just put a cc claim and let them deal with the bank!
