Sephora are criminals. Took my money for a transaction on 6th Dec. Paid extra for Express Shipping 24-48 hours. Received half the order four days later and spent the next four weeks arguing for a refund for the remainder. After initially being told I was lying, I provided photos of delivery showing package could not even have fit the $1500+ worth of product I'd ordered, a label which showed product weight more than twice what it was and emailed daily for an update so I could try and receive an outcome in time. The product, the explanation (of a three+ week investigation from the relevant "team"), the full refund was never forthcoming.
Wished I'd listened to the other online reviews warning about their atrocious service levels. Save your money…
