Lifetime subscriptions don't exist, they are possible only because there is a (stolen) credit card being used as a funding method.
Basically what happens is that the seller creates a monthly trial premium account will send you the account details. I am sure there are some stolen credit cards used to make these trial accounts. Every month you need to message this seller on ebay for a new account because obviously when spotify tries the charge the credit card the payment fails on the older account. For me this lasted for 2 months before the seller deleted his/her ebay account and disappeared.
There are also a lot of fraud listings on eBay for as little as $3 to $6 US dollars, being sold by sellers with little to no feedback.

Redditbay has a heap of these for sale. My guess is stolen credit cards sometime, but usually it is a hacked account that you are a member of (one family member of a plan) . These can last until the account owner realises then kicks you off.
Short answer, 100% scam.
Same with office, they are the free office you can get with EDU email accounts in the US.
Plus, this group is really expensive, redditbay are a few dollars.
Eg, the google home mini (us only) they are $39, redditbay is around $3. Office is free with a $2 edu email account

So I think they are providing education accounts or development accounts for users who purchased via their website.
Just because their FB comments confirm it's working doesn't mean it is:
A - Legal
B - Not a con
your fake Spotify account will probably work for the first month whilst your credit card details will be sold on the dark web!

I actually purchased a 12 months subscription from eBay from a UK seller. Cost around $12.20 (incl. GST charges) with 12 month guarantee.
As I understand it, they put me on a Family Plan.
The eBay seller I bought it from sent me a digital code, which I entered myself into my own account. They didn't request my username/password (like this above seller asks if you want to apply it to your current Spotify account).
It's only been a couple of weeks but it seems to working fine.
