We have tiles and wooden floors at home. Is this model not good then as it does not have hard floor tool?
If you have carpets as well then it will do them all.
You need to get the wooden floor tool separately.

It has beat my Motorhead order that was ordered on the 23rd which still has an eta of delivery on Friday 7th, that'll be going up for sale.
Very swift! Mine got caught up leaving the country delaying it by 3 days, “Your shipment has been flagged for review of the contents prior to export.” A first for me. Will be checking the contents over with a fine tooth comb if it has been opened and resealed.

Mine arrived today (SW Sydney) and it looks like the Dyson box hasn't been opened, just the outer Amazon box but from underneath. All Dyson parts appear to be there and in their place. Happy so far.

Just been reading the specs the charger that came with it, it is a 2 prong American charger, but it will take 240v, so all that is actually needed is a converter attachment to an Australian pin type, the other option is to buy an Australian plug, whilst I was on chat with the Dyson rep they said it was $35, but would not sell without a serial number, but there has also been a post to a link on the Dyson Australia page that sells replacement chargers for $30, are all Dyson cordless chargers the same?

What I've done in the past with dual voltage US Dyson adaptors is to carefully bend the pins to the same angle as AU. No need for additional adaptors or replacements.
If you're going to try this, use a pair of good quality bull nose pliers, grip as far down the prong as you can and very slowly rotate the prong. The adaptor materials are good quality and have a fair bit of give, unlike cheap ones that can crack/snap off.
Interesting technique, may try it, but it's currently charging……….
You also need to register your product for the warranty on the US Dyson page as it doesn't seem to be accepted on the Australian one, all it asks for is the serial number, name and email, everything else is optional so no need for an address.
