Would it be possible to split your trip into 3 so you can use all 3 $5 discounts for the same journey? ie. take an Uber for a 3rd of the distance, then another for the next 3rd etc..
Yep, but to be honest rather pointless. You waste alot of time calling another Uber plus the surcharge could change between trips. Not to mention per trip there's a small fee of calling an uber.

Or do you only get first ride promotions for either UberEats or Uber, and not both?
promotion terms show that is excludes ubereats and ubertaxi
