Big W currently have the Sony SRS-XB21 for $88 in-store (previous lowest price in August was $99). This is currently advertised in their catalogue, however it isn't obvious as the model number is not listed.
This wireless speaker supports streaming and hands-free over bluetooth, with quick pairing via NFC. It is also water/rustproof and shockproof according to IP67 and MIL-STD 810F Method 516.5-Shock respectively.
