Personally I don't know too much about this brand. But a quick search found out Buffalo is a stainless steel cookware brand - established in TAIWAN and moved the plant to Malaysia later

Yeah i recommend going with Panasonic, Tiger and Zojirushi Rice Cookers all are well known Japanese rice cooker brands.
I'm not so fussy on rice. The xiaomi rice cooker which I'm using is fine for me.
The buffalo has stainless steel insert, especially good for family with kids, so i would go buffalo.
