Average for me. Still no PS4 app without American account. Doesn't run well on ps4 app anyway with flawless bandwidth. Mobile app and pc work well but still have average or poorly implemented features, in 5 years it has slowly gotten better.
Couple of dollars in a betting app allows free viewing as well although I advise against gambling.
It works flawless for what it is but I can find higher quality streams on reddit for free, 5000kbps+ quite often.
I still buy it every year but its 2018, they should have much higher bit rate streams.

I think you only need VPN to sign up. Once signed up you do not need VPN. You could use a free trial VPN to signup only.
