I applied the coupon and it showed 8.57 then I clicked pay with PayPal and for some reason it reverted back and i got charged 18.57.

The good news is I called them right away and they canceled it for me.

I managed to order 1 (coupon reduces price by $10) - but when I went back to order a second I got the same error others are getting. So I would assume that they have "fixed" the coupon from working on sale items not long after this post & I just got very lucky.

TLDR: Looks like they removed the coupon from sale items.
