  FWIW, the quality on these arent that great.

  The rubber surrounds of my lightly used (I use Jaybirds for workouts and sweaty activities) Soundsports (including the power button), started parting from the main body 2 weeks after the warranty ran out, the rubber gasket thing at the base of both earbuds slid off and the bluetooth connection started out great but within months, it struggles to connect to my Pixel 2.

  GF's Soundsports, bought at the same time, has exactly the same problems.

    I have the same issue with my soundsports. I read on a Bose forum that if you contact Bose they’re very good at issuing replacements. I love these headphone, with the only issue the rubber surrounds. Hoping to get mine fixed ASAP.

    When did you purchase them? I know at one stage Bose did a redesign to fix some issues and offered free replacements if you had an old design set.

  What are the best bang for buck (decent quality) Bluetooth earphones right now? I have the Bose Freedom which I love and my wife has asked me to get her something similar but cheaper as she won't use hers anywhere near as much as I do mine.
