  A word of warning: I haven't received one of the items I ordered last time. They claimed that they had sent both but only one arrived.

  I had to open a PayPal dispute and they tried to trick me saying that I have to close the dispute before they can process my refund. I have even offered to pay the difference to get another, more expensive item but their answer is "they won't assist me because I have opened a dispute".

  PayPal has recently decided that they have to refund the missing item.

    Have you contacted our customer service team? This is not standard practice and if a dispute is raised in Paypal - we resolve trough Paypal.
