Fairly good price for a decent set, handles dont suit my hand but a chef friend loves his! I can attest to the qaulity of the mag rack, i swapped said friend my knife roll for his rack, holds 5 chef knives and 2 bread knives daily, decent strength magnets.

Whats the best way to sharpen them? I am not capable of using a stone.
They make global sharpners if you dont want to manual sharpen them.you can pickup the 2 stage for about $30? 3 stage minosharp is aprox 50-60 from memory.

Most home/pro cooks cant keep a sharp edge anyway scab. For work i just bought a bunch of cheap guisermesser and sharp brand ones and an accusharp plus a mundial steel. Does the job, are they razor sharp? No but it takes less then 2 mins to have a sharp honed knife.

Sure, but these things won't just dull your knives but will damage the edge and bevel.
Yeah - just keep them in a drawer or even better find a wooden knife block. The magnetic rack can go into the garage and be used to hold screwdrivers.
Yeah global knives are pretty amazing before you start considering the higher end knives…these are fabulous, good find. Yeah need a good sharpener and always cut on wood…
