do you need to be an ebay plus member? T+Cs dont say but lists item as ebay plus. tried pig and creeper controller. i do have a $10 off coupon but im not trying to use at the same time.
Question? Have you recently purchased something from eBay US? and your address is still showing as in the US? That could be one of the issues. Pretty sure you don't need an eBay Plus. Or you have used the code more than 3 times already. Full T&Cs here

Can I confirm this will work on a windows 10 PC with bluetooth WITHOUT requiring a dongle?
Yes it will work.
I believe you don't get the audio pass through feature without the dongle.
You need a bluetooth receiver if your PC doesn't already have one though, which I need.

Honestly you should get the Microsoft controller adapter.
You can pair a ton of controllers extremely quickly, connects in 2 seconds compared to >10, I've had 4 running off it but I believe it supports up to 8. You can only run one wireless controller over Bluetooth.
You also can plug your headphones into the controller, easy way to make wireless headphones from wired ones.
At $30 though is quite pricey.
Will hunt around hopefully for a cheap price
