I'm pretty sure that "computer glasses" are a load of junk for most people.
Ah, non-prescription, zero magnification lenses… these are those glasses for the 20 something girls/guys who suddenly start wearing them as a fashion accessory to look 'smart'!
Can I get a little more info.
Page states that the glasses block up to 30% of blue light, is it just blocking blue or any further along the colour spectrum?
It goes on to state that this does not impact colour accuracy.
So either there’s a tint that removes 30% of all colour allowing these to maintain colour accuracy, or the specs are determined by the person making the listing.
Blue light-reducing glasses can be had on AliExpress for <$20.
No bargain here.

Windows 10 comes with built in blue light reduction… called "night light". otherwise there's a myriad of free apps that will do the same thing.
Blue light causing eye strain is a myth anyway.
You don't want your eyes to strain while looking at a screen.. take a break from the screen, and presto the strain will go away.
