Nah, already tried that, I do have one item that has a fair bit in stock and one that is the last item left, when I remove from my cart the item shows up again as in stock. Logged out and back in as well, tried mobile vs regular site too.
@Maximum64: Most likely oos. Fl is bugged. I even ordered a few hyped items, checked out, paid and fl cancel it. And it is not only one time. I hope i got my today's order tho.

no you cant, you have to send back with a shipping label included in package. they only allow exchange in store.

So customer service couldn't even help but I finally figured out what the issue was. I was trying to post to a PO Box. Once I put in a street address it all went through.

If the error "there has been a technical issue" most likely means that the items stock has sold out and they haven't updated the website yet.

Pureboost Go are on sale, with Coupon they are $90 (+$10 for delivery). Well worth it. They are insanely comfortable. The Boost is thick and soft like the Pureboost 1.0 and 2.0.

The bad thing with Footlocker online system for low stock items, is that the way they process orders is that they will send your order to a store that has stock. The store then will either send the item out, or if no stock, then they are supposed to notify the system and your order goes to another store which has stock. And this process continues until it either gets shipped out or all store says they have no stock which you then will get a refund. The issue with this is that if your order goes to a store that do not care about processing online orders, your order could be stuck at that store for days and you may end up not getting your item at all.
This is BS. Ordered air max 90 and fleece hoodie only to wake up to a a cancelled order because they believe it was 'fraudulent'. Their VIP code doesn't work anymore just hope they can refund and give me another code while saving my size. 6 left for the hoodie.
Hope they sort yours out. Might be worth giving them a call to find out why its come out as fraudulent and to get them to reinstate the order before the process refund. Once they process the refund, they probably won't give you another code to get the discount.

literally been trying to call all morning but it says its out of hours??? even the retail stores aren't picking up?? it's soo weird
Yesterday when I called them, it took about 25 minutes to get through to someone. Their online system is flaw as its based on stock on all stores, and they could be selling stock online which subsequently been sold in store which results item being out of stock and then flooding their phone lines from people chasing orders.

I called them up to chase on my order and got respond system no longer shows stock so they can't fulfill it but can trigger a refund now. Pretty poor form because it was showing stock from the day I ordered on Sunday until last night. Can't even switch sizes which has stock. If I want to I have to pay full price. Very inflexible system. Will never shop with them again. Like I said in an earlier post, it depends on where your order went to to fulfill, and if that store held on the order and never did anything with it, you lose out the chance for it getting fulfilled with other stores while they have stock.
My order was cancelled by them due to lack of stock. I think I will avoid doing business in the future with them as the entire buying experience was extremely negative.
Exactly. Their system is really bad. My cancelled item due to it not being in stock, has now been put back in stock as showing 1 available online.
They are also very inflexible, not allowing changes in size with the discount if the size you ordered was out of stock. They will just say to you, you can put another order in but you have to pay at full price.
When I purchased from eastbay a few years ago, they cancelled an item I ordered due to it not being in stock, but when I checked and it shows in stock at the time of cancellation, I called them and asked about it, and they reprocess the order applying the discount and not charging additional costs for minimum shipping charges for separate shipment.
Yup they're pretty useless. I wouldnt even say the price I paid was cheap, it was reasonable, but not cheap.
Disappointed…I checked online today for order status and order was refunded on Thursday. I tried to call them but no one answered for well over 15 minutes, got fed up. Now I check online, my size in that shoe isn’t available anymore. Only size 4 left haha
