    OzB really needs a feature to display times in our local time zones… or at least force OPs to specify time zones. Who knows when 1.30 AM actually means 12.30 AM

    pathofexile site and forum clocks and countdown timers are always magically displayed to each viewer's local timezone, so the technology is definitely there.

      Hi Danp,

      What do you mean by "seller apply extra discount", as in you used a seller specific coupon? It should be okay as long as you saved the coupon after clicking through ShopBack. 11% ends tomorrow when the AliExpress party ends.

    I've ordered various sports equipment from Ali Express in the past, and every time the gear that arrived has been counterfeit. Another time I ordered electronic parts and a 'replacement part' was delivered that allegedly would be compatible, but didn't match the item description. Beware when ordering on Ali Express.

      No one expects things on AliExpress to be branded. If you go on there thinking you'll get a $100 piece of legit equipment for $10 you're only bringing disappointment upon yourself.

      That's what AliExpress once was until Alibaba redid the whole website and relaunched to the world around 2015-16. Most of the fake stuff have been replaced with all the usual brands and more.

      All the fake sellers jumped ship to Wish. That's where you'll find your 128GB flash drive for $10.

          DHgate definitely sells fake goods but they usually tell you up front. The Goophone iPhone knock offs sold there are surprisingly good quality. The downside of DHgate is that they don't have PayPal.

    Can you please tell me why my Cashback has been tracked at a lower amount than it should have been? I spend $104.67 in total over a few products and orders, but my Cashback was a total of $12.92! This was during the 20% promo.

    I’ve had so many issue with ShopBack so far, my first bonus Woolworths voucher never came through even though I spent over $200 after discount, I contacted ShopBack through the website a week ago and no one replied!

    Also I’ve referred three friends that have made a purchase during the $15 referral, yet it only shows as $15 total pending in my account not $45!

          AliExpress don't allow fake brands to be sold. You can get all the big name Chinese brands like Xiaomi and more.

      If there is doubt about the product, it's important to message the seller. Also, check the listing to see if there is any differing information in the description and the pictorial. You can ask for photos too. Look at the feedback. Trusted or quality products have more purchases and good feedback with photos. Make sure the feedback matches the product.

      There is still counterfeit items on Ali, Amazon is rife with fake stuff it's on eBay too.

      Did you add the items to your cart after you clicked through ShopBack? If you already had some items in your cart prior to the click the sale for those items may have been attributed to another channel.

    Although I followed the exact same process for all my cashbacks, it seems to be only the 20% off time period with the issue.
