Is the portion enough for an adult? I find lamen is usually overpriced and nothing special about it except for the small portion.
Depends on your appetite but I've found Ippudo servings to be average. Not small but wouldn't consider it generous either. While I agree ramen is expensive, if you tried to make ramen yourself you would understand and appreciate the amount of time and effort it takes to make a decent broth.
Are these one with Tonkotsu?
If you want tonkotsu, you go for the Shiromaru Motoaji
