The main reason I rejoined Costco! No longer having to chase Shin sales between Cole’s and Woolies.
Wow you must go through a lot of Shin Ramyun to do this
no costco membership for me =(
Use costco gift card?
yeah was about to say that.
Plus Colesworth regularly rotates who has these for $5 every few weeks
Cant remember what the nearest Korean store sells it for usually 5.99 ???man i miss the days i used to pick up this buy the box (might have been 8 packs from memory) for like $2.50 a 5 pack at the local asian store. then i got hypertension and had to seriously stop eating it so much haha!
great for a treat now. I like to add that chinese pork woolies sells, with some bokchoyRefuse to eat Shin unless it's the BLACK version
Just add some beef stock, pretty much the same thing.
Black is too expensive and rarely on special, 4 pack for $12, vs 5 pack for $8 full price shin std.
It's better on one's health to abstain until the Black is on sale - a blessing almost :)
agreed. We Black loyalists will hold out until the next special comes again 🫡
To me, 'Black' has the better tasting noodles,
but 'Red' has the better spicy flavouring. They on special now for $5 also. Just got some from my local in Adelaide.
I was wondering if there was a difference, bought my first black pack today, never tried either
The noodles in the "Black" are softer and tastier, but overall, "Black" is less spicy than the "Red".
no amazon price match, anymore?
Too much soft plastics.
You prefer the hard ones?
Waiting for the black go half price, will stock up
What do you mean by this?
What do you mean "what do you mean"?
Such wordsmithing needs no explanation!
Seen some aldis selling shin ramen for $5.40
Aldi sell the 4x120g, looks the same and nearly tricked me recently
! Didn't notice that. Thanks for the heads up
The spice flavour sachet that comes with this is very spicy. Wouldn't use it all at once if your not a fan of too much spicy food. Noodles on the other hand taste really good but bland without the extra flavouring.
The kim chi variety is nowhere near as spicy as the normal one - maybe try that.
Neg for helping?
The just went to buy some and noticed the super spicy black edition is also on special for $5 at my Woolworths in SA.
Thanks OP.
