Best Power Bank under $30 (for Type-C and Quick Charge)

Hi,
I have a Google Pixel XL and I'm going overseas (India) for few weeks… I'll be travelling a lot so I'm looking for a power bank to keep my phone alive. It has type-c cable and port.
I'm looking for a power bank which can charge the phone fast and can last a while.
Looking to spend around $30 or less.

    Most Type-C Powerbank will cost you well over $30, especially one with USB-C PD.

    Only one that I can think of within your budget, that has USB-C PD 18W is the one offered by Kogan here (Read the most recent comment)

    you can use a usb a to c cable and stiil get quick charge
