Feel free to ask, we'll try and answer as quickly as possible. Otherwise, feel free to email our sales team at [email protected] and they can assist you. :-)
Just letting you all know, that when it comes to web-hosting, be really careful about purchasing deals as web-hosts make money by overselling - there is nothing inherently wrong with this, but if you oversell too much, you don't provide each individual customer with enough bandwidth, or other resources, and the hosting ends up being really poor quality. This is how some companies are able to seemingly provide really cheap prices while others do not - it is because on paper they are providing the same stuff but in actuality are not. The only way to be sure, is to ask "how much dedicated CPU, memory, disk I/O, and bandwidth am I being provided with my account, or it is all shared with everyone else?"
If it is not dedicated, then you must be careful to assess the quality of the host carefully, as there is no way to know if down the road your service will become poor.
