Costco haven't had stock for a few months as far I know. It's not something they always stock. Costco now have the pink wash and wax instead of gold class.
They got a batch earlier this year and their normal price is $36.99 for 2x1.9L. It didn't sell so they dropped the price a few times until it sold out. It was on sale for 27.99, then $19.97, then $14.97.
I actually went today.

cant do click and collect for every store i've tried. always error on checkout.

probably not available for pickup anywhere. ebay showing stores in stock then on checkout it actually checks and it's not in stock so throws error codes i guess.
It's because Supercheap and eBay have shit systems. There's plenty of stock in stores.
Checked a few stores and everyone around them has stock.

In Stock@Maverick-au: maybe SCA is overriding the ebay store stock to avoid people getting it for this price and forcing them to pay postage.
It seems you have to select qty: 1 to proceed to payment/finalisation.
edit: its restricted to only 1 qty purchase per buyer. I might ask in-store if I can get another on pickup.
I just placed an order through eBay to collect from Sandown (Vic) store .. order went through without any errors .. although I haven't received any confirmation from supercheap yet ..
Plenty of stores have stock around that area ..Edit: just got notified to pick up order .. so everything worked out
Successfully placed order for Click and Collect and got email notifying me it is ready to collect.
Just choose pick up from store to save the postage
Bought one for $20 last week from them.
Highly recommend this for washing the car .. price point is just an average sale
