No. Only Amex Ascent Premium (Platinum Charge, Centurion), Westpac Altitude Business, and ANZ Business Rewards cards.
Amex Ascent Premium is the only consumer offering that can do it.

Don't think Qantas is in Gateway Program.

I have 200k points in my Amex Platinum account but would rather transfer to krisflyer than Qantas.
