As a prepper I need to cache some magnums for my bugout kit. The hi techs are very comfortable and I recommend them although they feel a bit narrow due to all the padding so people may want to go up half a size

Received my shoes. Boxes very dirty and damaged although fully sealed courier postal bag and one pair has pen drawn on the sole. Used second hand. Disgusting will not buy from again
Canceled half my order today two weeks later - still waiting for the other half. No ETA on refund. I'll Never order from them again. They have less than no idea about their own stock levels.
I got mine today all in good order. I noticed one shoe fits perfectly. The other is WAY too tight… Ive never had this problem with shoes before.
Any idea what the return policy is? Could one of the shoes be defective. (they look the same size)

Good luck - they are indifferent at best. Start a paypal dispute now - they'll drag it out as long as they can.
Come back and give me a plus vote if they tell you your feet are different sizes :)
Still no response from my refund request. Not even an acknowledgement. Going to dipute the credit card transaction and block any remaining our pay payments..
