I do not see anything above that states that a promo code cannot be used when paying with Google Pay. Only after you pay with Google Pay will you receive a $20 coupon, and that coupon cannot be used in conjunction with a promo code. However, can you explain why you don't think that you cannot stack (use) a coupon code when checking out with Google Pay?

You can add your credit card to it. In the past I had my paypal linked to it but I guess they stopped that due to paypal being a competitor.

Yeah, I guess paypal's a better option overall in terms of being able to manage purchases, chargebacks etc. They're probably promoting it to compete with Apple Pay. I'm a bigger fan of paypal but might use Google Pay for this deal.

I think that you don't get refunded the shipping amount, so you're better off buying something cheap.

I didn't either and have been speaking to support, they say I'm on not the list of eligible customers which doesn't make sense, I'll fight it with them and see what they say.
Edit: I received a voucher just now after speaking with support.
