  I got this response:

  You definitely should have got free shipping. I've processed a refund of $3.95 which will come through in around three business days.

    Same! I emailed them through the app. They claim as the promo code wasn’t listed on their site the purchase was ineligible. Mehhh… still happy with the food price on the books through.
