    What a dodgy website.

Where are details of the T&C's, who their carrier is, contact details etc…

When you click on the Moove Mobile link ANY link on the entire page it takes you to facebook messenger login. WTF?

If they can't even set up a website correctly, I've no idea how they can manage a mobile phone business…

      • I think that’s what they’re trying to do. It’s quite smart when you think about it. It gives them the ability to engage with a broader audience.

They look like a quick upstart from a garage https://twitter.com/7NewsSydney/status/1055008702560903168

    • So the business is run by a teenager who couldn't find a girlfriend?

    • Apple, Google & Disney are just some of the worlds biggest companies, that all started as an "upstart from a garage". Everyone has to start somewhere, right?

  • More information can be found on Canstar Blue

Moove Mobile is a Telstra MVNO, meaning it operates on parts on Telstra’s 3G and 4G networks, reselling coverage on its own plans. While you won’t get full access to Telstra’s network (and no access to the ultra-fast, next-generation Telstra 4GX service), you will get great coverage in most metropolitan and regional areas, for a much cheaper price than what you’d pay on Telstra’s own mobile plans.

    Not worth the risk

Super dodgy. Hard to find any information on their site.

  • Has anyone used them yet?

  • Was on the channel 7 news last night

    • Where the reporter was chasing them down the street?

        Was news. Not ACA :P

  • I went ahead and used their messenger bot to see if I can find the CIS.
They said they provide it on request and will be on the site shortly.

I'll probably sign up for a month if they allow it and see how it goes.
EDIT: Seems like it's a 12month contract, will get the CIS before I join.

    • Was just on the website and CIS’s are now available.

  • Great start:

    Web Page Blocked!
You have tried to access a web page which is in violation of your internet usage policy.

    Work blocks the site LOL

  • Define "month".

    • MONTH: “A period of time between the same dates in successive calendar months.” Or, think of it like a month on any other 12-month phone plan.

What a joke! Looks like the website was put together overnight after a drink session.

  • There is not even t&c listed. When do we need to activate by?

  • How do you even order it? Let messenger gets your credit card details?

    • Going through the sign-up process on Messenger, no credit card details are exchanged. That will come at a later date when you get your bill I would imagine.

  • Just signed up using the messenger bot. Once you have completed the sign-up process, a SIM card will be mailed out to you within a week. You’ll also receive a contract via email, that you can read through and sign.

For the amount of data you get on Telstra’s Network, this looks like the best deal by far, especially on a 12-month plan!

    • Not Telstra's full network if I recall correctly

      • Yeah, from what I've read in the CIS, it's parts of Telstra's 3G & 4G Network which means they will be on Telstra's Wholesale Network, which still has amazing coverage. I've been with multiple carriers that run off the Wholesale network in the past and have had coverage in places where my family on Vodafone and Optus haven't had.

    • Did you get an email? I signed up via the Bot too and have got no email or SIM,am a little worried…

  • So is it a prepaid or 12 month contract plan?

    • It's a 12-month contract. The first month is the cheap 5c/50c/$1.99 price and then the remaining 11-months are $9.90/$29.90/$39.90 respectively.

      • Thanks
