Awful online customer service experience. Was just halfway through a refund via online chat because the item was out of stock (which I had to pursue myself) and the representative suddenly stops messaging and updating whether the refund was processed. Very inattentive and I left after not receiving a response after 15 minutes. On top of all that, the representative never apologised for the item being out of stock. Just received the refund without any further contact.
