While that may be true, "try harder" is a ridiculous comment.
Amazon and Catch of the day have it for $398 all the time without Costco membership. I didn’t even try just simply googled it.
Lowest from Amazon was $375, or 3rd party was $358, which could be even lower if use Cashback.
Again, this is everyday price. Yes, try harder.

sub $390 deals are fairly rare. You risk waiting possibly for a while before a better deal comes up. That amazon deal mentioned above seems great
