Received a 12 volt linear actuator from Banggood. This is an extension piston which can be used to raise beds in hospitals etc. was going to use mine as a gate opener.
Cannot get a peep out of it after connecting to a 12v battery. Completely dead. Notified Banggood who want photos and videos. Told them video would be no good as piston not working at all. Sent them photos of attachment to 12v car battery.
Asked Banggood to send replacement and make sure it's working before sending it.
Anybody else on forum have similar bad experience with banggood? I will let forum know how I go on replacement as a warning to others if they are not going to honour their guarantee.
Does the battery have enough amps for the actuator to work properly?
I think they have a rep on here message them and see what they say? There customer service isn't the best i have had a few issues with them.
