What's the deal with this brand and some of the other new ones? They are swimming in oil. Are you meant to drain it off? Tried turning it upside down.
It's 100% peanuts, the oil will separate. Yes, it's possible to buy 100% natural peanut butter that doesn't separate, but that's because it's had the peanut oil removed and replaced with something like palm oil (so it's peanut butter that has 100% natural ingredients, not 100% peanut butter that's natural…there's a difference).
Anyway, rotating helps, if you like the consistency. I think it's a bit runny after being thoroughly mixed, so I drain a bit off the top into a dedicated jar. Don't just pour it down the drain, THAT's wasteful. Also, once mixed, you can store it in the fridge, it'll stay mixed longer. We go through multiple jars every week so this is never an issue for us.

Just stir it in with a knife each time you use it, stops the last bit being too dry compared to the rest as well.

Store it upside down in your pantry. Then when you take it out and open it, give it a stir. Works well for me.

Personally I find this to be the best peanut butter. I like Pic's, but prefer Mayvers, can't put my finger on why.
To me Pics' is a bit salty, especially the bit at the bottom of the jar. This brand is my favourite.

This. I only buy crunchy. But prefer Pic's as Mayvers crunchy is to creamy for me.

Just checking PriceHipster and the last time it was $2.50 at Woolies for Crunchy peanut was 7/3/18. It's had a few stints at $4.
The same peanut butter was last $2.50 on the 22/8 at Coles. It's also had stints at $4.
