Problem i find with clip on rear mirror replacements is that the mirror portion is pretty badly manufactured. So when you are driving you will notice alot of "shaking / vibrations" on the rear view mirror.
Installed one of these before and took it off after a day because the vibrations on the mirror was so annoying. Unsure if they fixed it in this newer version….

I had a clip on DVR and dual camera mirror and never had any issues like that.
I guess it depends on how good your OEM mirror is dampened against vibrations.
Yea could be. Mine was on a Mazda 2. The OEM mirror didn't seem to have the vibrations, but once attached the mirror replacement it for some odd reason amplified the vibrations.
Not cheap.

Screen always too small in these types of units. Better off with reverse cam viewed on double DIN screen.
Some cars have horrid systems where not even the stereo can be replaced because it's built into the whole management system, and/or the console moldings don't allow it.
