Flights between Australia and New Zealand are classified by Virgin Australia as domestic flights.
Cashback may not be paid if a coupon code is used that is not listed on Cashrewards.
Cashback is not available until full completion of a flight. In the case of return flights, completion is satisfied once both flights have been consumed.
Cashback may only be paid on the net ticket value excluding GST and all other taxes, levies and surcharges.
Cashback is ineligible if bookings are paid partially or in full with Velocity points.
