    How long should I expect from an LED downlight?
    I've got halogens in my kitchen and family room. A couple of the sockets seem to burn through globes (MR16) really fast. I've retro fitted LEDs, but they rarely last more than about 6 months. Would replacing the fittings with these LED all in one units give me any better life?

      LED lights are meant to last a long time. I imagine that applies to the downlight variant. Google says 50,000 hours which is almost 6 years of 24/7 usage.

        The led globes I've been using are labeled 40,000 hours. I've been lucky to get 1,000 or 2,000 hours out of the ones I've been retrofitting. Hence my question, do they really last as long as the packaging says? Or is it a different that there's something wrong with my house wiring?

      Hi, LED downlight should have an average lifespan of 5-7 years (30,000-50,000 Hours)

    Op, which light are actually eligible for 15%?

    I've put a "3A 10W Downlight Kit | Build-In LED Driver | 3000K" into the cart and applied the discount code. It said "only applies to specific departments. Your order will be processed without this discount."

    Also, where's the free shipping? The only option I have is express shipping.

    I was about to pick up a dozen of 12W Epistar Dimmable LED Downlight , discount code worked but shipping is not free. I can, however, see 3 option, the cheapest one is E-parcel at $22.77.
