OVO have taken $20/month off their 250GB XXL plan to bring it down to $99.95 a month.
I have been using their service for a few months now and am very happy, but I am in a good coverage area.

What happens if I use over 250gb, $10 for 1GB?
Once you hit the limit, they just cut you off but yes, you can choose to purchase data top ups $5 for 500Mb. I've found they are pretty good at warning you when you get close plus their "OVO Dashboard" usage meter seems to update frequently unlike certain other providers I can name.
Why would you chose this over Vivid Wireless at $90/mo with unlimited download?
Probably because vivid wireless is capped
Only reason as a current user of vividwireless who's in the middle of downloading Black ops 4 (51GB) on my PS4 it's taking ages to download since it's only downloading at around 1MB/s
So if you want to download large things quickly otherwise vividwireless offers better value.
Vivid also don't appear to have access to the entire Optus network.. Not sure WTF they're doing, but I've had 2 different people try to sign up only to find out they have zero coverage, despite Optus mobile working fine.
And tech support are completely useless - worst I've ever dealt with TBH. The troubleshooting was essentially "have you done the quick start? OK, then it won't work…" ….
Look Ovo is a good Optus reseller, it's not that.
It's just that paying $100/month for just data with Ovo isn't why they're good.
Personally, I believe they should develop their cheaper offerings.

Ovo is uncapped. It's a mobile broadband sim. Not a home internet wireless plan.
I wasn getting 40 - 170 Mbps on OVO on this plan in Brisbane today.
Just signed up and found out that it’s only for the first 5 recharges.
At least it’s not locked in so hopefully there will be something better before then anyway.
