Anyone tried Herbert Adams?
Bought some recently and they were the best pies I've ever tasted, fresh or frozen.
Big rectangular chunks of tender meat, perfect gravy and pastry.
You can get them on special for $4-$5.
Even at full price they're still worth it, and some of the flavours are so tasty.
I am a big fan of the Herbert Adams, I am a fan of the Cjicken and Leek. They changed the packaging recently to the new black boxes and I believe this is probably a move to up the prices.
However Balfours just introduced some new ones, and I've been going for them recently. Well worth it, they had a special on introduction which was something like $1.99 a box, now they are almost the same as the Herbert Adams.
I am a bit of a pie connoisseur, I watch the pies like the OP does.
