Seems to be the lowest price currently but not by much, so not a huge bargain.

This adds up to $18.75.
It's currently just about $19 at Base and DVD UK and $20.49 at OGS.

The issue for me is that NTSC-J copies have their artwork marred by Chinese script. I would rather pay the extra 25 cents for an English only UK copy.

    I bought it about a week ago and received both a confirmation email and a "your order has been dispatched" email. Was also free postage. Reasonably amazing deal for $28 :D
