    I know it would add to the work that the company has to do but I'd really like to see a picture of each item for sale. I've learned over time that when I say something is in good condition it equals other peoples "excellent". It majorly shits me when people on ebay advertise something "as new" and it has minor scuffs or marks on it, thats not as new, so this place makes me very nervous.
    Also can anyone confirm if these come with the pens, or would that mean I have to drop another $80 or so for a pen?

      I have bought 4 units from them so far and all under the Good Description. 1 has a hairline scratch in the cover, 2 of them I cant find any scratch/dent at all. Only the last one that has a dead pixel which apparently is a white blemish in their good description but they are very good with reply and offer of return. Shipping is very quick I received them after 1 day. I was very hesitant to try them at first but they have Paypal payment option.

      In a nutshell - M is a mobile core so less power consumption and ultimately less power. It's also fanless (doesn't make a noise). I think m3 it comes with which is the lowest
      Quite sure you know what i5 is, so I'll just say it's better.

      the core m is pretty much perfect for basic office work, but thats it. it doesnt have the power for more intensive programs without slowing down.

    I have bought a refurbished item from their last sale Toshiba Qosmio, honestly speaking very disappointed. The item was worst than a second hand laptop and seemed to have been used for years with scratches and even dent. It was not even cleaned properly with dust all over and well settled in the speaker. Some of them couldn’t even be removed with my best effort. Try trusted sellers, I wouldn’t waste my time on them. Thai is the only reason they never had a photo of the items being sold.

    They can't called as refurnished, These are actually used and renewed , at least 3- 4 years old laptops , I bought one recently and the condition was very poor. Laptop has issues within a month , contacted customer service no response for 3 days , I dispute through paypal. They sent the return forms last week and returned the laptop for refund.

    I do wonder if the batteries are replaced/repacked on the older models. There are some interesting older laptops, but my fear is a very worn out battery

      Batteries are tested and run for a minimum of 3-4 hours and usually within a range of 4-8 hours.

    I literally just received my Pro 4 and I just wanna say this is the first time I've ever bought a refurbished item. There were scuff marks on the metal body but the screen was good as new. Now the problem, touch screen and the pen does not work. I have even tried following some instructions online. I am pretty disappointed. I thought they go through a series of checks before shipping and the website did not say anything about it having a faulty screen. I am now waiting for a reply for a refund.
