  • Why is 'free' and 'giveaway' in the tags?
By $24.95, do you mean its free! :O
might as well put McDonalds and iphone in the tags too.

    • Same with printer I guess. I see nothing on the page about printers… maybe it means the page is printable?

      • Sorry guys.. I copied and posted an old tag.. edited it now and no printer. I got a chuckle out of the McDonalds idea.. Not a bad idea.. funny. its nearly midnight so I'm a bit sleepy. Have a good night all and enjoy. :)

Bought one of these boards a few weeks back, can't complain seems to work well. I do like the individual switching so when I vaccy the comp room can turn it on/off during plugging for safety. Thumbs up i guess!

  • so the board looks good, but who covers the warranty?

    • Warranty is covered by Arista Australia Wide and comes with an Insurance Policy for all connected equipment. They have been around for over 15 Years and quite a well known brand name in Australia.

Hi Dragon, Just email me at: [email protected] and I will assist. What we do find sometimes, is that one letter miss-spelt in an email can do that. if you give me your username that you chose when you registered it will be a breeze to get your activation email sorted. No need to give us a negative vote as we are here to help and we have had plenty of orders going through all night with no issue,Can I please ask you to remove that -vote as we are here to help.

      Kind Regards

    • check your spam folder, thats where gmail put mine…

Thanks Custom, Always pays to check spam folders, these days they are over active.
There was also no response to my offer for assistance and no email asking for help to retrieve activation login for an apparent failed attempt. So it looks like they where just looking for a reason to put a neg vote which should be reserved only for a bad deal. Could be a competitor who does not like the competition, my guess? hmnnn.
People are smart these days and make their own opinions

        • just to clarify, i'm no competitor. I've been nice enough to remove the neg and you're still talking ill of me? I got the activation email nearly one hr later, your website is not very efficient. And by the way, when i proceeded to the payment details, there was no option for Paypal payment, only payment by credit card, so why bother putting Paypal option there???
All in all, i had a bad experience and did not proceed with my purchase. Other people can try and see it for themselves.

Hi Dragon, Thanks for removing the Neg. I did not speak ill of you or accuse you.. Just asked the question when there was no email to our support, as sometimes competitors can put negs up. Thanks for your feedback and duly noted. We are Launching a brand new website this week that will fix any compatibility issues with the previous one as this current one has some issues with older browsers etc. Current site only works 100% in the Latest versions of Internet explorer and Firefox/Safari and Google Chrome. Also Re Paypal: We usually have it available and it should be back on the site in the next week when the new website launches. We appreciate all of your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience. If you wish to pay via direct deposit we can organise that if you prefer. just email us: [email protected]. :)
