Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Over Ear Wireless Black Noise Cancelling Headphones $246.05 Delivered @ Addicted to Audio eBay

1010
PLUG5

I have the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Over Ear Wired version (Got from Harvey Norman's messed deal last year)
I have the Bose QC35II (Got Harvey Norman to price match with Amex deal)

I am not convinced by QC35II sound quality so I was looking at Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Over Ear Wirelss but they were pricey!

Today normal eBay suffering saw this deal poped up from eBay Today's deal. I am not sure how long the deal will last and I just pulled the trigger.

Using code PLUG5 make the price to $246.05. If you have the eBay gift card(10% 0ff), it works out $221.445 actually.

The seller is addictedtoaudio and they post their deal a week ago for $328.

    • Got mine today. Don't agree with your 1-3 cons, maybe you have a big head and ears :)
And ANC is great for home use.
ps cups do cover the whole year so i could be right ;)

Looks and technology both are outdated now.

    • HD600s are old as hell, but still one of the best open cans for the price range.

  • Wouldve bought these if I didn't already have 3 over ear BT headphones :x

I never liked the fact that we couldn't turn off the ANC or it had aptx, otherwise I would've still paid top dollar for it without hesitation.

I went from Sennheiser mx550x to Sony XM2 to Nuraphones, cant buy a 4th as a downgrade :(

I read good reviews about nuraphones due to its unique in-ear earphones in an over-ear cup design. How is the comfort in real world use? Is the sound really that good considering it’s the same price now as the Sony 1000XM3?

I find it uncomfortable and not something I could wear publicly because of its unfolded nature and has a huge ass case, basically it's not portable.

Its unique and will put itself apart from its competition, your first impression of it will be "WOW" as it vibrates around your ear and it's first futuristic setup procedure.

Comfort is something that'll vary from people to people and they have a 30day satisfaction guarantee if you don't like it.

If it's for the same price, try them out, like you can't return the Sony's for a change of mind kind of thing or would feel wierd about it.

        • Thanks mate for sharing.

          • @beetlebum: No worries… Havn't used them in awhile, thanks for reminding me that I own them ;)

Yeah go for the nuraphones, if you don't like it, return them and get the Sony's :D

They're UNIQUE and are set apart from my $1k headphones too(HD800/T1).

  • I have the wired version. Are the sound quality of the wireless similar to the wired version?

    • Very close, not quite if you are using a good quality source but not a big difference on a phone via bluetooth.

  • Is anyone else having a problem with the PLUG5 code? It keeps saying we ran into a problem when I enter it

    • NVM used PENNY5 that worked :)

  • This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing.

    • Hi there, so is it gone for good?…
Just purchased yesterday and had some delay receiving my eBay gift cards and now… its out of stock

      • I think semnheiser doesn’t allow retailers to sell their stuff on eBay

  • Looks like the seller tried to price-match another retailer in Sydney.

  • Got AUPOST message says mine will be delivered today!
    Never seen AUPOST so efficient!

No wonder! It’s express post. Thanks!

    • Damn, I missed it. Are you going to publish it again at the same price?

  • This deal is still active under the new 5% code

Got mine today Express Post too. Excellent.
Great sound, synced easy with my iMac/iphone and swapping between the 2 is good.
Some complained about the band, no problem here, ear cups are big enough and comfortable.
Good if you wear glasses too.
Maybe not as comfy as the Bose QC35 i used to have, but sound better, Very impressed for the $$, don't think i would pay retail $499 though.

    Finally paired mine today.
So much better than the Bose QC35. They actually sound like real headphones instead of noise cancelling weird swishy music things. Quite impressed!

  • Not too happy with the sound quality a bit too flat for mine. Have the original wired momentum over ears and they sound great for all kinds of music. The only issue is that after a couple of hours the ears start to ache. So expected these to sound similar or even better but nope. They are more comfier tho. Back to the BackBeat Pro 2 for me.
