      I do - it makes it last all day. I never used to drink much during the day - or eat breakfast or lunch

      Now I try and behave with my diet.

        Fair enough. I just drink sugar free 90% of the time. Prefer the blue sugar free mothers lately which are always $6.85 for a 4 pack at Woolies.

    I have a Thermos 750ml i place one can ultra zero and top with ice or cold water keeps me going til lunch.
