my order was also partially cancelled. tried to reach out to customer service. apparently no one answers the call so raised a support ticket online which was reverted with "ran out of stock, will process partial refunds" but haven't heard anything after that. ridiculous service from seemingly reputed brand. sigh.

@Crocs: Tried just now. Still no answers. Opened another ticket for refund inquiry. Still no luck. I can understand that you couldn't fulfill the order but not sure why it takes so long to process refund for something you couldn't dispatch. Sigh.

My order was partially cancelled but customer service does not give refunds on the excuse not charged for out of stock items. I paid by PayPal and full amount was charged. This is ridiculous.
