So I know this service is VoIP and delivered through the UNI-V port. Would someone be able to to clarify if the emergency 000 operator would be able to see my residential address when I dial through to them?

If TPG has correctly updated the IPND with your details
The TPG web site says "TPG will use its best endeavours to supply the Integrated Public Number Database (IPND) with your address details for the purpose of emergency services (000) calling".
