These came Second place in the recent Choice "Paper Towel Review".
Tuffy's superior 4 Ply 'Tuff-Weave' makes it the most absorbent and strongest when wet. But then again you'd expect nothing less from Quilton.

Samson FTW
Which came in first place?
I like Kirkland
Kirkland is good but more expensive
What is the best cheapest or budget paper towel?
Honestly the quality is not that big to me just need quantity over quality.. i know unpopular move let us see if it pays off (for me it does)
Coles Red Ribbon is probably the best choice in that case https://www.choice.com.au/home-and-living/household/everyday…
@hamza23: cheers thanks they did not bad especially for how much they are worth/cost
our families choice.
Great value for a good product.
Although I wish more of the paper towels on the market can be partially using recycled paper too. Sad that the 100% recycled ones are really just not as good in terms of quality.
Tushy ——> Tuffy
Ahem!
What came first? Tuffy is clearly the most superior paper towel, so I'd be interested to know what beat it.
ETA: Viva Double Length with bamboo fibres beat it. Thank you Choice, but no. For starters, Tuffy is like half price very regularly, which makes it superior almost instantly.
what about Handee ?
was 2.60 for 4 rolls at coles last week
Scored low on Choice's paper towel reviews at 58% (17th position out of the 23 tested).
This is my choice of paper towel too- find this far superior to Handee. Quilton is overall my favourite brand for toilet paper and paper towel.
Really good tough paper towels, use it all the time and great at half price.
I bought a bunch of these in a previous sale and only use them on the floor now because they disintegrate almost straight away when wiping anything. Won't be buying them again. Aldi brand is my favourite now.
Really? Maybe you were wiping some chemicals?
I’m not negging you, but I’m surprised of your experience.
I bought them once and was surprised of the great quality these have, and from the comments above, I think I’m not alone on this one.
If I were you I would give them another try. It sounds like you got a bad batch.
Yeah maybe a bad batch. But I kid you not I labelled them "floor" and put them in my laundry. That's how bad they were.
What's Aldi's price/quantity vs this?
Username checks out.
These are better than handee?
Thanks. These will go well with the mess caused by the all you can eat Indian deal that’s on at the moment
I don't know, I don't really like Tuffy… It's definitely toughest, but it's like throwing a wet cardboard against the mess…. I find Viva is much more absorbent and picks things up better
Good Aussie made and owned brand (Quilton).
Great toilet paper, thanks OP.
Damn I forgot these today.
I prefer Viva
