  • Taylor Swift is cheaper than Bon Jovi :'(, though not as cheap as Mr Julio Iglesias Moscow concert :).

    • +1

      Personally i'd prefer to see Bon Jovi. The girl can sing though, I may or may not belt out a few of her tunes in the shower.

        The girl can sing though

        No, she can't.

        • +13

          Careful, she will write a song about you.

          @stormii:

          I've just been listening to Norah jones and Shreya Ghoshal. Then I listen to a Taylor Swift song and just yawn. She's trash.

        • +5

          @smuggler:

          You just described poor song writing rather than lacking the voice to sing the notes… She's got the vocals whether you like the songs or not.

          @Ughhh:

          To simpletons and teenage girls, sure.

        • +3

          @smuggler:

          Not sure if you understand what vocal skills are exactly, but anywho

        • -4

          @Ughhh: no she is a terrible singer , anyone from Beyonce ,Mariah Carey , Adelle etc can hit the notes , not that I like any of their music

        • -5

          @Ughhh:

          Alright Taylor Swift, fan.

        • +1

          @Rubber Duck:

          Ability to sing isn't just about being able to hit certain notes, she's got skills in controlling her voice. Whether she's of Beyonce Mariah calibre is a different story.

        • +1

          @smuggler:

          Looks like someone's jealous.

          Not a fan fan, but I appreciate other people's skills whether it's my style of music or not.

        • @Ughhh: but that's it she can't , look on you tube and watch when they isolate her vocals , she is no better than half the population

        • @Rubber Duck:

          You're judging her all wrong. She's hitting her notes with psychopathic accuracy.. they're just not musical notes she's going for.

        • @outlander: that's right , she is hitting her notes and so she should they are her songs but there is nothing complex or outstanding with her singing , doesn't mean some people won't like her music but to say she has a great voice is another thing.

          Most bands I love the singers have terrible voices but I don't let my love for the band get in the way of my judgement.

        • @Rubber Duck:

          Not what I'm getting at. The notes are irrelevant, the music is just a product for her. At heart she's more accurately described as businesswoman, clawing her way to the top. Her idea of giving fans priority to presale tickets if they buy merchandise is a ruthlessly good one.

        • @outlander: ? , I know what your saying and I never knocked her for any of the above , I was commenting that her voice is nothing special.

      • +1

        The older generation has better music :).

        I listen and sing to Bon Jovi while in the shower.
        Music playing on a Xiaomi Mi A1 and the original Xiaomi Mi 4.0 Bluetooth speaker.

        • +1

          Singing is free, I win!

  • +2

    This is a perk?

  • Melbourne sold out

    These optus perks are a joke

  • Boo Melbourne sold out :(
    Would have been an amazing bargain compared to what I paid the day they went on (pre) sale.

    • yet it didnt make the front page, what a pity, maybe people could have found it sooner.

    • They are restricted view nose bleed seats…

  • +1

    Trying to book tickets but the site doesn't seem to be working, keeps redirecting me to the homepage. Hopefully will be fixed soon

  • This was an awesome deal. Surprised it didn't make the front page, but people focus more on their impressions of the artist rather than the deal itself.

    Was looking at tickets and they were $100 more for the exact same tickets that were cheap on Optus Perks.
