I signed up with AGL back in June, with the sign on offer of 25k flybuys points.
I looked at my flybuys transactions today for something else and found that they'd only credited me 10k.
A quick call to AGL resolved it, but check your balances too.
The transaction should be in there around a month after you signed up.

Was it a targeted offer? Usually it's only 10K
I negotiated it in the online chat, which I kept the logs, so was definitely offered it.
From the chat log:
Pearl: We have standard retail contracts with no discounts, however, what I’ve got available is our Set and Forget plan where you will receive a discount of 35% direct debit discount off your gas usage charges plus 25,000 flybuys bonus points.
Our plan has a 10 business day cooling off period as well, during which you may cancel by contacting AGL.I had the same problem with AGL. Signed up via chat and promised X Flybuys points and got half. Took a few calls to fix.
So AGL are still criminal scumbags.
Isn't it great that the government allowed criminal organisations to run the entirely useless retailing side of electricity and charge you the highest prices in the world.
Don't worry, they'll be punished with a fine that barely dents their profits and no one will go to jail so they'll continue to operate as an organised criminal group and go on defrauding millions of people in exchange for an essential service.
Moron voters voted for this.
I notice you've been pushing your political agenda a bit lately. Just a tip, if you want people to take you seriously and read your posts, try not calling them morons.
It happened to me too. I had to contacted Flybuys and requested the bonus points.
Seem it is not isolated but an organised scam.Yeah I was going to start a thread about this and noticed your posts. Contacted them via live chat when they did not credit the points.
They replied and said they will credit the points. They only credited 10,000 points.
Contacted them again and they said they will credit the rest of the 15,000. It's now been received. It's an organised go slow approach.
AGL seem to be in the news for a few things:
