Mine has had it for a couple of days.
I've tried to redeem three of the deals (on separate occasions) on the self serve kiosks and every time it gets to the Takeaway or Dine In options, nothing happens. Hit both buttons, waited 5 minutes. Nothing. I told the cashier and they just told me to wait. Eventually I was able to redeem it at the counter, but has anyone else experienced this?
It's due to the melt down of the Free Cheese Burgers today, McDonald's basically failed
I lost a $5 order I paid for, never knew it went through, app never told me.
Damn that sucks. I could probably understand that for today but this has happened to me twice last week as well.
This has happened to me over the past 2 weeks whenever I try to use the code. Different stores, different self serve kiosks.
I've had to redeem it at the cashier and every time I told them that it was hanging at the takeaway / dine in option.
Surely there's enough people that have said something for them to investigate?
